Polka Dot Black Paper Chain Black

This Shnick brand paper chain kit features black and white polka dot and striped designs.
The package includes 48 paper strips, which can be assembled into up to 4 meters of garland.

The strips are looped through one another and secured at the ends (often with an adhesive strip, staples, or glue) to form a continuous chain. These are typically hung across rooms, windows, or ceilings as easy DIY decorations for birthdays, weddings, or themed celebrations.
